1. Age Restriction (18+)

By accessing Vape Shop Gurgaon and utilizing our WhatsApp ordering services, you explicitly confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the absolute right to request a valid government-issued ID upon delivery. We strictly do not sell to minors under any circumstances.

2. Health Disclaimer

Our inventory is intended strictly for use by existing adult smokers and vapers looking for an alternative to combustible tobacco. Please consult a licensed medical professional if you have underlying respiratory or cardiac health conditions.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices listed on our platform are in INR (₹). We reserve the right to dynamically modify prices and discontinue specific product lines without prior notice. Special promotions and "Steal Deals" are strictly subject to live stock availability in our Gurugram hub.

4. Order Cancellation

Vape Shop Gurgaon reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if we suspect fraudulent activity, if age verification fails, or if the requested delivery location falls entirely outside our active, serviceable logistical zones.

If you require further clarification regarding any of our policies, our executive team is available to assist you.
