Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Local Express Delivery (Gurugram & NCR)

We operate a proprietary, ultra-fast dispatch network for Gurugram and South Delhi. Orders placed within our primary Gurugram coverage zones (DLF Cyber City, MG Road, Sector 29) typically arrive within an industry-leading 30 to 45 minutes. Deliveries to wider NCR regions (Sohna Road, Vasant Kunj) may take up to 90 minutes depending on peak traffic conditions. Same-day delivery is guaranteed for all local orders confirmed before our daily cutoff time.

2. National Courier Delivery

For adult vapers operating outside the immediate NCR (e.g., Jaipur, Bangalore, Kerala, Mumbai), we utilize premium tier-1 courier partners like Bluedart and Delhivery. Pan-India orders are securely packed and dispatched the same day, typically arriving within 2-4 business days.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable based on distance, are transparently calculated and communicated by our support agent during the WhatsApp checkout process. We frequently offer complimentary free delivery on premium devices or high-value cart orders.

4. Live Tracking

Once your order is successfully dispatched, our WhatsApp support team remains online to provide live tracking updates for local Gurugram deliveries, or a secure waybill tracking link for national courier shipments.

If you require further clarification regarding any of our policies, our executive team is available to assist you.
